d) Content Visibility & Sharing

Employers may view and manage applications submitted to their postings. Candidates control whether resumes/CVs or profiles are searchable or shared with employers and recruiters. You may not re-publish, scrape, or resell Website content without written permission.

e) Access Levels

Basic browsing may be available without registration. Additional functionality (e.g., posting jobs, featured listings, candidate search, or premium alerts) may require account registration and/or purchase of credits, subscriptions, seat licenses, or other paid plans (“Plans”). Details are provided on the Website.

f) Eligibility

You must be of legal age and capacity in your jurisdiction to use the Services. Employers and recruiters represent that they have authority to post roles, review applications, and engage candidates. Candidates represent that submitted information is truthful and belongs to them.

3. Data Privacy

We process personal data (e.g., account info, resumes/CVs, applications, analytics) to deliver and improve the Services in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Do not submit sensitive personal data unless strictly necessary for hiring and permitted by law. You are responsible for obtaining any required notices/consents from candidates you upload or invite.

4. Service Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website or Services at any time without notice. New features or tools added to the Services are subject to this Agreement.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Post fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive listings (including non-existent roles, bait-and-switch, or undisclosed unpaid trials).
  • Post content that is unlawful, discriminatory, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Request or require unlawful data (e.g., social security numbers, bank details) during application intake.
  • Engage in scraping, data mining, automated harvesting, rate-limiting evasion, or platform abuse (spam, malware, denial of service).
  • Bypass security or access non-public areas of the Services without authorization.
  • Republish Website content, candidate data, or employer data without consent or legal basis.

Violations may result in removal of content, suspension or termination of accounts, and possible legal action.

6. Fair Hiring & Transparency

Employers agree to comply with applicable employment and labor laws, including fair hiring, pay transparency (where required), and non-discrimination obligations. We encourage clear job descriptions, accurate compensation ranges, and prompt communication with candidates.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

As between you and us, you retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute User Content as necessary to operate and promote the Services. The Website (including its software, design, trademarks, and original content) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute Website materials without permission.

8. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

The Services may integrate with third-party processors (e.g., payment providers, analytics, applicant tracking, email delivery). Your use of such third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store full payment card details. You are responsible for valid payment methods, taxes, and any processing fees.

10. Refund Policy

Except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise on the purchase page, fees are non-refundable once a Plan is activated or a listing is published. If a refund is granted at our discretion (e.g., due to a material service defect), it will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

11. Monitoring & Compliance

We may monitor activity to maintain platform integrity and legal compliance. We reserve the right to edit, remove, or refuse any content; limit or suspend access; or terminate accounts for violations of this Agreement or applicable law.

12. Disclaimers

The Website is a venue. We do not guarantee that candidates will be hired or that employers will fill roles. We do not verify every listing, employer, candidate, or outcome. Use caution and conduct your own diligence before entering any employment or contracting relationship.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or claims by third parties arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

14. Indemnification

Schedule 1 – Restricted Countries

Access to the Services is restricted or unavailable in the following countries/regions and any other territory under comprehensive international sanctions: Afghanistan, Belarus, China, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Sudan, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

Schedule 2 – Addendum for Australian Users

  • Users must comply with Australian employment, privacy, and online safety laws.
  • Prohibited content includes discriminatory listings or unlawful labor practices under Australian legislation.
  • Misuse may lead to suspension, termination, or reporting to the relevant authorities.
  • Advisories may appear when content appears non-compliant or restricted.
