Job Title: Junior AI Prompt Engineer

7pm IST to 4am IST (US Shift)

Location: Remote

We are seeking enthusiastic freshers who are eager to live and breathe AI. As a Junior Prompt Engineer, you will be at the forefront of AI interaction and development. Your primary role will be to refine and enhance AI-generated prompts to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness in achieving desired outcomes, such as generating leads or solving complex problems.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with AI technologies to design and refine prompts that improve task execution and problem-solving capabilities.
• Monitor AI performance and outcomes to iteratively improve prompt structures.
• Work closely with various teams to understand their needs and how AI can be utilized to meet those needs through better prompting.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI developments and best practices in prompt engineering.
• Document and analyze results from AI interactions to guide future improvements.
• Ensure that every AI-driven process adheres to company standards and achieves set targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
• Creative mindset with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Experience with any AI platforms is a plus, but not required.
