Were looking for a Prompt Engineer who will help set the standards for all teams in our organization and increase performance across the board. This role will greatly impact multiple projects within the organization, working mainly with LLM and NLP, collaborating with top talent developers, and updating legacy systems to the new age of development.

What you will do:

• Propose, build, and execute best practices for LLM projects, maximizing performance and competitiveness.
• Audit and improve prompts across multiple projects, ensuring optimal LLM outputs.
• Train and mentor other teams on prompt engineering best practices, fostering a culture of AI excellence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into effective prompt strategies.
• Serve as a cross-team subject matter expert, guiding LLM implementation and optimization.
• Play a key role in making our LLM projects outperform legacy systems, significantly impacting the companys competitive edge.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of overall experience in relevant fields.
• 2+ years of experience in prompt engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in machine learning.
• 2+ years of experience with large language models (LLMs).
• Advanced level of English.
