Futuria has been delivering AgenticAI solutions for the past year, improving productivity and in some cases massively accelerating problem solving in organisations where security and adherence to regulation is critical. We enable our clients to create high performing hybrid teams of AI Team Members working in tandem to support and augment humans Team Members.

We will be looking to grow the team in the coming months with a mixture of roles, both permanent and contract, that enable us to build a scaling platform, and deliver and configure that platform for our clients.

We are based in London, Washington DC and the East Midlands.

Role Description

We are looking to source a number of roles, as a priority based in the UK but with flexible hybrid working. We are specifically interested in product development, technical and architecture skills covering technologies such as AI, LLMs, data engineering, Graph and Vector databases and Python but most importantly with a passion and desire to learn and master new technologies. We are also interested in people who can lead engagements with configuration and implementation teams in conjunction with large consultancies, and end clients.

One specific role is centred on translating business needs into precise AI team configurations, with a strong emphasis on technical expertise. The ideal candidate will not only have the business insight and consultancy skills to work with design canvases but also the technical awareness needed to configure AI components in line with business goals. An understanding of low-code development practices is useful as an analogy, but the focus is on prompt engineering, where advanced techniques for agentic task definition can be applied to ensure AI systems are configured resiliently and effectively. A solid grasp of technical best practices is crucial, as this role involves configuring teams to efficiently use memory, tools, and knowledge bases, while clearly defining AI behaviour.

Qualifications

• High-level understanding in AI, data and application architecture
• Experience in developing and implementing AI solutions
• Strong logical thinking, iterative problem-solving, and robust configuration control are essential to ensure the precision and adaptability of the AI system
• Knowledge of databases is important, as much of the work is currently implemented directly into them
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.
