Whom do We Need?

We are seeking an experienced Prompt Engineer to lead and optimize the integration of AI-generated text prompts into our workflows. In this role, you will develop, test, and refine text prompts while collaborating with cross-functional teams including product teams, data scientists, and content creators. Your work will focus on aligning AI prompts with company goals and user needs, ensuring the efficient application of Salesforce Einstein AI, and continually enhancing the quality of AI interactions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as the Prompt Engineer responsible for developing, testing, and refining AI-generated text prompts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discuss product development, identify the uses of Salesforce Einstein AI, and find ways to enhance workflow efficiency through AI-driven solutions.
• Design, create, and refine prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs), leveraging expertise in Machine Learning.
• Test and optimize text prompts to ensure they produce the desired outcomes.
• Develop effective AI interactions through proficient programming and the use of model playgrounds, employing techniques to guide and enhance model responses.
• Integrate AI tools such as chatbots, image generators, and coding platforms into the company’s workflows.
• Continuously optimize text prompts based on feedback from colleagues, users, and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest AI developments, particularly in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Intent Recognition, Entities, Dialogue Flow, and related areas.

Qualification & Requirements

• Total and Relevant Experience: 5-7 years of experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on expertise in Salesforce Einstein and AI-driven solutions.
• Minimum 3 Mandatory Skills: Salesforce (SFDC), Einstein copilot, and Machine Learning.
• Experience in AI interactions and integration of AI-driven tools like chatbots.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver efficient solutions that align with business goals.
