Job Description

• Develop and optimize prompt templates using LangChain to enhance the performance of Generative AI models.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI model outputs, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business requirements.
• Analyze prompt performance metrics and iterate on designs to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of AI-generated content.
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet user needs.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of prompt templates, testing methodologies, and performance metrics.
• Keep up to date with advancements in AI, prompt engineering, and related technologies, and incorporate best practices into your work.
• Identify and resolve issues related to model outputs, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.

Roles And Responsibilities

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on prompt engineering and model evaluation.
• Proficiency in LangChain and its applications for prompt creation.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI models and natural language processing (NLP).
• Experience with programming languages such as Python and familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
