1man.ai is a micro SaaS marketplace that empowers solopreneurs by creating AI-powered flows to automate daily business tasks. We specialize in delivering smart, efficient solutions for entrepreneurs looking to streamline their workflows. We are currently seeking a Prompt Engineer with expertise in Python, vector databases (e.g., Langchain), and the ability to build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take AI-powered product ideas from concept to production, delivering full end-to-end solutions
• Design, implement, and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance large language models (LLMs)
• Work with vector database tools like Langchain, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar platforms to integrate external data sources into AI workflows
• Write production-ready Python code to support the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions
• Collaborate with data scientists, backend developers, and cross-functional teams to build scalable, reliable products
• Fine-tune prompt engineering techniques to optimize the performance of AI models
• Ensure systems are thoroughly tested, production-ready, and aligned with business needs

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong Python programming skills with the ability to write efficient, production-level code
• Experience with vector databases (Langchain, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.) and building RAG systems
• Solid understanding of LLMs and experience in retrieval-based augmentation
• Proven ability to take AI and data-driven solutions from idea through to full-scale production
• Familiarity with API integration, backend development, and deploying AI systems
• Previous experience in data science, backend development, or prompt engineering is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for automating business workflows
