Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of AI and Engineering team to evaluate Large Language Models (LLMs) during training and inference phases.
• Formulate innovative strategies for prompting across a diverse range of research tasks.
• Enhance and refine current prompting methods to increase efficacy and efficiency, evaluating the performance of established and new prompts through testing.
• Generate and maintain documentation for prompts to facilitate internal knowledge exchange.
• Work closely with the AI Team to establish benchmarks for Large Language Models.
• Develop and manage data pipelines.
• Work closely with the AI Team to comprehend requirements and guarantee data accessibility.
• Streamline and automate tasks related to data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Run tests, conduct statistical analysis, and interpret test results as part of data engineering duties.

Required Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years of experience in data science/engineering or prompt engineer roles.
• Extensive experience exploring and testing language model behavior.
• High-level familiarity with the architecture and operation of large language models.
• Strong communication skills and interest in collaborating on challenging prompting tasks.
• Research background in machine learning, natural language processing, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python and Python data-science frameworks and/or SQL.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch.
• Quick learner with the ability to grasp new technologies, frameworks, and algorithms.
• Preference for a degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
