Responsibilities

• Develop and refine AI prompts: Create, test, and iterate on prompts to generate high-quality content aligned with our brand voice, tone, and messaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with content creators, brand managers, and communications specialists to understand their needs and translate them into effective prompts.
• Optimize prompt performance: Analyse prompt performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and refine prompts accordingly to enhance content quality and efficiency.
• Stay updated on AI advancements: Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI, natural language processing, and generative models to explore new opportunities for content creation.
• Ensure brand consistency: Develop prompts that consistently align with our brand identity and guidelines across various content formats.
• Experiment with AI-driven content formats: Explore innovative ways to leverage AI for content creation, such as blog posts, social media content, press releases, and internal communications.
• Contribute to content strategy: Provide insights and recommendations based on AI- generated content performance to inform overall content strategy.
• Manage prompt engineering projects: Oversee prompt development projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
• Adhere to ethical AI practices: Prioritise responsible AI use by ensuring prompts and generated content align with ethical guidelines and avoid biases.

Required Skill Set:

Strong Gen AI Content Engineer / Prompt Engineer - Must have 1+ YOE in AI-driven content creation / analysis with a background in AI / ML / NLP / Generative AI models and Tools / Techniques

Experience or very good understanding of prompt engineering

Strong experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques

Experience in Content Writing

Mandatory (Skills) - Machine Learning, R, Python

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Note - This is not a core AI / ML / NLP Engineer role. This is a techno-functional role which requires Attention to Detail and Linguistic Skills with a good understanding of AI / ML / NLP / Generative AI models and Tools / Techniques
