Prompt Engineer / Data Engineer

ACENSI BELGIUM is looking for his Client a Data Engineer (F/M/X).

Mission Context

The AI Tribe’s objective is to leverage data science use cases to create value for the organization. These use cases can come from various departments, such as Robotics, Compliance, Client Service Center, Marketing, Sales, and more.

We are looking for an external consultant to help us utilize new generative AI tools, like ChatGPT and Microsoft Office CoPilot, to improve employee productivity and efficiency in their standard activities. The consultant will work with different business users from various parts of the organization, including marketing, sales, and back office, and with various profiles, such as managers, project managers, salespeople, etc. The mission is short-term, lasting 60 days, starting on September 1st, 2024.

Function Description

• Design and create prompts that elicit the best responses from generative AI tools, using prompt engineering techniques and best practices.
• Understand business needs: Identify use cases, business needs, and scenarios where our generative AI tools can add value and solve problems.
• Test and evaluate the quality and accuracy of the generative AI tools' outputs, using appropriate metrics and feedback mechanisms.
• Train and coach business users on how to use the generative AI tools effectively and responsibly, and begin setting up a prompt academy.
• Document and communicate the results and learnings from the project.

Education

• You have at least a Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline, such as statistics, mathematics, engineering (a PhD is considered an advantage) or an MBA.
• Candidates with other academic backgrounds who have substantial knowledge of prompt engineering techniques are also encouraged to apply.

Technical Experience

• Deep knowledge of generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Mistral, Llama, etc., and Microsoft Office CoPilot, including their underlying principles of large language models.
• Strong experience in advanced prompt engineering, including designing, creating, testing, and optimizing prompts for different tasks and domains.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Copilot + Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.
• Strong business understanding and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts and results clearly and concisely.
• Experience in the financial sector.
