Prompt Engineer - Contract to Hire

Air is the world’s first ever conversational AI that can perform full 5-40 minute long sales & customer service calls over the phone that sound like a human. And can perform actions autonomously across 5,000 unique applications.

It’s kind of like having 100,000 sales & customer service reps at the tap of a button.

We currently have 10s of thousands of active businesses on the platform and another 70,000 businesses on our waitlist. And we’re looking for a very unique type of prompt engineer to help us.

Given the nature of our product, there’s a lot of challenges we’re solving with prompts that nobody else in the world is. Things that when solved, will have a real, business-altering impact on our tens of thousands of active businesses on the platform.

And so we’re looking for someone that can help us optimize our prompts when it comes to languaging, when it comes to sales, when it comes to communication, and being able to ask really good questions.

Someone who has a really good intuitive sense of how to work with prompts, how to get them to do what they want, speaks the language of these different GPT models and is obsessive in the way they approach things.

The technology we have here is not some cutesy chatbot - it’s technology that when deployed by businesses, fundamentally changes the way the world operates.

This is the first true massive economic shift that is going to be caused by AI, and we’re at the heart of it.

Compensation:

Anywhere from 60,000/yr to 360,000/yr depending on your skill level and ability to contribute

Hours / Commitment:

Our team is obsessive and works 16-18 hours a day, 7 days a week.

But for this role we’re fine with anywhere from part time/contract type work (10-20 hrs/week) to full time 16 hours a day 7 days a week. Up to you and what you’re looking for.
