    Prompt Engineer – AI Technology

    As a Prompt Engineer, you will be responsible to maintain and enhance existing automation projects and take a lead to drive, develop and deploy new Generative AI & Automation projects within Centralised Services and or outside Centralised Services based on the needs which creates a significant business impact in our daily operations and increase efficiency of our people. This role will be pivotal in advancing our AI capabilities and supporting various departments within Taboola.

    The candidate will be responsible for leading ideation drives, identifying the right and impactful use cases/ workflows that can be automated with the help of AI/ML , prioritizing them based on the impact and criticality with the alignment of function leads to offer better experience to our clients. This position requires an ability to partner and collaborate with people having varied experiences and backgrounds to understand the challenges and opportunities to improve the customer experience and process efficiency by developing meaningful, intuitive, insightful and actionable bots and programs for Taboola.

    Roles And Responsibilities

    • Develop and refine prompts to optimize AI model performance.
    • Ensure prompts are clear, concise, and tailored to specific use cases.
    • Conduct rigorous testing of AI models using designed prompts.
    • Analyze model outputs and iteratively improve prompt effectiveness.
    • Work closely with PS AI developers and business stakeholders.
    • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve AI model training processes.
    • Document prompt engineering processes, guidelines, and best practices.
    • Maintain clear records of prompt iterations and their impact on model performance.
    • Develop familiarity with Open AI API structures and its integration with other applications
    • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and prompt engineering.
    • Explore new techniques and methodologies to enhance AI capabilities.
    • Understand the customer journey and how BOT can help as a self service function to drive better engagement and experience
    • Identify user needs and pain points: Collaborate with different teams within the professional service group to envision the next set of innovations and scenarios for self service and BOT automation.
    • Assisting in projects of adding new abilities (AI/ Self-service functions) and improving the chatbot UX/ AI- from characterisation to implementation.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems with 1+ years of experience in AI prompt engineering, NLP, or related areas with at least 1 year of experience in digital engagement.
    • Familiarity with AI model training, testing, and deployment processes
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.Experience with AI frameworks and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
    • Good understanding of Generative AI/chatbot/Automation solution development and understanding of AI tools and overall virtual assistant landscape.
    • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and NLP techniques
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights.
    • Fluent English with proven experience in writing customer facing text, with strong proofreading skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
    • Deep understanding of digital engagement KPIs and conversion rate optimisation.
    • Ability to use analytics tools to understand how customers engage with the bot and how to improve the user experience.
    • Proficiency with one or more conversational AI platforms like Google Dialogflow, Salesforce Einstein, Intercom, BotKit, Rasa would be a strong PLUS.
    • Preferred: Salesforce familiarity
    • Hands-on experience of API integrations with SQL and NoSQL databases.
