Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Prompt Engineer (AI Specialist) to help us optimize and develop AI-driven tools and models that enhance our energy modeling, sustainability assessments, and client engagement services. This role involves working closely with our IT, consultancy, and marketing teams to create and refine prompts that guide AI models to produce accurate, relevant, and valuable outputs for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and optimize prompts for AI models used in energy modeling, sustainability assessments, and automated reporting. Collaborate with the IT and consultancy teams to integrate AI solutions that enhance project management, regulatory compliance, and energy efficiency services. Design AI-driven customer service tools such as chatbots and virtual assistants to improve client engagement and experience. Continuously refine AI models to align with evolving building regulations, sustainability standards, and market trends. Work closely with the marketing team to create AI-driven content for lead generation and client education.

Requirements:

Proven experience in prompt engineering, AI development, or a related field. Strong understanding of AI tools and models, such as GPT, and their applications in business settings. Knowledge of building regulations, energy efficiency, or sustainability consulting is highly desirable. Experience with AI-driven tools for project management, customer service, or marketing automation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in sustainability, energy efficiency, or compliance industries. Previous work in developing AI-driven solutions that provide real-time analysis and reporting. UK-based candidates are preferred, but open to remote candidates with relevant experience.
