Roles And Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Prompt Engineer to create, enhance, and refine text-based inputs for AI models. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills in English, and a keen sense of listening and understanding to collaborate effectively and produce high-quality outcomes. As a Prompt Writer & AI Response Evaluator, you will be instrumental in influencing the performance of an AI system by crafting effective prompts and assessing AI-generated responses.

Mandatory Requirements

Analytical Skills: Ability to assess and improve prompt effectiveness using critical thinking and problem-solving techniques.

English Communication: Proficiency in written and spoken English for developing clear and impactful prompts.

Comprehension Abilities: Capability to grasp intricate instructions, project objectives, and user expectations.

Listening Skills: Active listening to accurately understand team feedback and project requirements, adjusting prompts accordingly.

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on adhering to specific guidelines for prompt creation and response assessment.

Working Days: 5.5 days a week

Shift: Day and Night shift

Working Hours: 9 hours working (1 hour lunch)

Notice Period: Immediate to 7 days

Interview Process

• 1st round - HR screening
• 2nd round - F2F interview - 2-hour assessment at client’s Office
• 3rd round – F2F interview - 8-hour assessment at client’s Office
