Job Responsibilities

What You Should Be Doing:

Creating High-Quality Content for Various AI Models:

Conversational prompts and responses

Generative prompts and responses

Writing description prompts

Detailed descriptions of videos with or without audio

Video content summarization

Image caption generation

Video event caption generation

Evaluating Human or AI-Generated Prompt-Response Pairs:

Scoring them on multiple parameters and categories

Providing feedback and suggesting improvements where applicable

Comparing and Rating Multiple AI-Generated Prompt-Response Pairs:

Scoring them on various parameters and categories

Refining them with improved responses when needed

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

Strong understanding of NLP concepts and techniques.

Experience working with large language models and other AI systems.

At least 6 months - 3 years of proven experience in prompt engineering or a related role in the AI and Chatbots domain is preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for language and storytelling.

Ability to think creatively and solve problems, adapting to new challenges and changing priorities.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to evaluate and optimize prompts.

Ability to collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team.

Any content writing/prompt writing certification would be an added advantage.

Candidates who appeared/prepared for any English proficiency certification such as IELTS, TOEFL, CELPIP, TOEIC, or Cambridge English (KET, PET, FCE, CAE, and CPE) would be an added advantage.

Preferred:

Familiarity with programming languages and scripting skills.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, linguistics, writing, or a related field.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, linguistics, writing, or a related field.

Having a Master’s or PhD in the above fields would be an added advantage.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks is preferred.
