Prompt Engineer

• Create Prompts: Develop clear, contextually relevant prompts to guide AI responses.
• Build Knowledge: Contribute to knowledge systems for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to improve AI performance.
• Collaborate: Work with AI developers and product teams to align AI interactions with user needs.
• Test & Optimize: Continuously refine prompts and knowledge bases based on feedback and performance.
• Expand Library: Create a scalable library of prompts and knowledge assets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong command of English with excellent writing skills.
• Creative problem solver with a passion for optimizing AI interactions.
• Experience or interest in knowledge systems like RAG.
• Collaborative spirit with a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in writing, content creation, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Interest or experience in AI, natural language processing, or RAG is a plus.
