    This position is located in Austin, TX. Our office is based in the vibrant San Jacinto Center downtown with breathtaking views of Lady Bird Lake.     What You’ll Do:

    • Design and Develop Prompts: Create and refine prompts that guide AI models to produce desired outputs, ensuring clarity, relevance, and contextual appropriateness.
    • Experimentation and Testing: Conduct extensive testing of prompts to evaluate their performance, making data-driven adjustments to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
    • Collaboration:

    Work closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product teams to understand requirements and integrate prompts into various applications.

    • Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize prompts to improve model performance, leveraging feedback and new research developments.
    • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of prompt designs, testing methodologies, and performance metrics.
    • User-Centric Design: Ensure prompts are user-friendly and align with the needs and expectations of end-users, enhancing the overall user experience.
    • Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP and AI to incorporate innovative techniques and best practices into prompt engineering.

    What You’ll Need:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required in Computer Science, Engineering, Linguistics, Data Science, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in NLP, machine learning, or a related area, with a strong understanding of AI model training and deployment.
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, along with experience in using AI/ML frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • High attention to detail, ensuring the precision and accuracy of prompts and related outputs.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and their AI/ML services.
    • Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions to challenging problems.
    • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, contributing positively to team dynamics and shared goals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
