Their passionate team of experts executes intuitive and natural conversation interfaces, enabling organizations to offer their customers seamless interactions with their products and services through advanced voice technology.We are seeking a Prompt Engineer to join our Prompt Engineering team and be responsible for designing LLM prompts to craft a world-class conversational user experience for our products and clients. You will work closely with Engineering & Product Management to craft our conversational UX, working to deliver products & client projects and define our best practices in prompt engineering.The ideal candidate will have experience using large language models and a keen interest in AI, natural language processing, machine learning, and linguistics.This role is fully on-site in South DublinThis client does not provide sponsorshipResponsibilities:Design, develop & test LLM prompts for our conversational AI products & client projects.Implement a world-class conversational UX for our clients & end users based on technical requirementsCollaborate closely with our backend Prompt Engineering, Core Engineering & Product management teams.Define, document, and implement best practices in prompt engineering & conversational UX.Keep informed about the latest technologies, advancements & products in the AI/ML/LLM space and apply those to our products where relevant.Qualifications:Experience developing in or using AI technologies such as LLMs/NLP/ML and understand the workings of such algorithms & technologies.Proven experience in designing and developing prompts for LLMs.Ideally possesses a background in Engineering, computer science, linguistics, maths/statistics, or a related field.Ideally, have a background in programming/scripting or familiarity with AI frameworks or have experience building applications using Langchain, Llama index, or Promptlayer.Experience with agile development methodologies and tools, such as JIRA, Git, CICD, or similar.Feel free to apply if this role sounds like something that relates to your experience.
