Job Overview:

Taleemabad is seeking a talented and motivated Prompt Engineer to join our team. As a Prompt Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing high-quality educational content and enhancing the learning experience for students. You will work closely with our content creators and technology teams to create engaging, interactive, and informative prompts for our digital educational platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prompt Development: Design, develop, and maintain a variety of prompts and interactive content for educational modules, quizzes, and assessments.
• Content Enhancement: Collaborate with subject matter experts and content creators to improve the quality and effectiveness of prompts in accordance with educational standards.
• Quality Assurance: Review and test prompts to identify and address any technical or content-related issues to maintain quality and accuracy.
• Feedback Integration: Collect and incorporate feedback from authors to continuously improve and iterate on prompt design.
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest educational technology trends and suggest innovative solutions to enhance the learning experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the content team, software developers, and instructional designers to ensure prompt integration into our digital learning platform.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of prompt development processes, including best practices and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related area.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience in prompt development, educational technology, or e-learning content creation is a plus.
• Proficiency in using authoring tools and software for interactive content creation.
• Familiarity with educational standards and principles of pedagogy.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality educational materials.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS).
• Experience with gamification and interactive learning techniques.
• Programming or scripting skills (e.g., HTML, JavaScript) for creating interactive prompts.
• Graphic design skills for creating visually appealing prompts.

Job Type:

3-month probation, with the prospect of a full-time job offer.
