Healthcare AI Prompt Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced healthcare staffing recruiter to join our team as an AI Prompt Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing conversational prompts for our virtual AI recruiting agents. These agents will be tasked with engaging and qualifying candidates for various healthcare positions, including nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive job descriptions and prompts for a wide range of healthcare roles using your expertise in the industry
• Leverage your experience in staffing, not just talent acquisition, to create prompts that address the unique needs and challenges of healthcare recruiting
• Utilize your proficiency with OpenAI and other leading language models to craft engaging and effective prompts
• Manage and optimize the performance of our AI recruiting agents, ensuring they handle shifts, rates, certifications, compliance checks, and benefits effectively
• Collaborate with our in-house team to integrate your prompts into our proprietary healthcare staffing platform
• Provide training and guidance to the AI agents to ensure they deliver a seamless candidate experience

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare staffing or recruiting
• Proven track record of success in the healthcare staffing industry
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to craft compelling job descriptions and prompts in perfect English
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and experience working with large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including common roles, certifications, and compliance requirements
• Ability to work effectively in the US time zone, as this is a remote position
