Luzia AI, the fastest-growing AI consumer company in Europe, is seeking a visionary and dynamic Head of Product and AI. With over 7 million users acquired in under 120 days and a successful recent seed funding round, we are on a mission to bring Luzia, a friendly, multifunctional personal assistant, to everyone. This product is designed to organize, simplify and enrich everyday life through features ranging from managing calendars and answering questions to providing learning experiences and simplifying everyday tasks. As Head of Product and AI, you’ll be at the forefront of this exciting mission, driving our product strategy and enhancing our proprietary AI capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and enhancement of Luzia, focusing on user growth and retention.
• Develop and perfect our proprietary AI capabilities, including product optimization, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
• Hire and inspire a team of AI and data specialists to improve the quality of the product through applying cutting-edge techniques, all from a user-centered approach
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the AI and product development industry.

Requirements:

• Experience in consumer app development, preferably within a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
• Proven ability to build and lead top-performing remote teams.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with generative AI.
• Excellent decision-making skills and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Full professional proficiency in English. Spanish and Portuguese are a plus.
