Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and optimization of AI prompt models to enhance the intelligence and functionality of our recruitment platform
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and data science, to integrate AI capabilities into our platform and deliver seamless user experiences
• Conduct research and experimentation to improve model performance, accuracy, and scalability, staying abreast of the latest advancements in natural language processing and machine learning
• Design and implement data pipelines and preprocessing techniques to prepare and preprocess data for training and inference tasks
• Evaluate and fine-tune model performance using appropriate metrics and methodologies, iterating on model architecture and parameters to achieve optimal results
• Contribute to the development of AI-driven features and functionalities that enhance candidate screening, matching, and engagement processes

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an AI Prompt Engineer or similar role, with a strong track record of developing and optimizing prompt models
• Proficiency in natural language processing techniques and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, with hands-on experience in model development, training, and evaluation
• Solid understanding of AI prompt generation concepts and techniques, with the ability to apply advanced algorithms to solve complex problems
• Experience working in startup environments or a solid entrepreneurial mindset is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving priorities
