AI & Prompt Engineering Instructor

Our students love our “in-house” Coop programs where they can move from the Classroom to our Consulting department to gain hands on experience.

We are looking for an experienced AI & Prompt Engineering Instructor to join our Training department. You will be responsible for corporate and personal training using the BusyQA Curriculum. The ideal candidate is a current AI & Prompt Engineer who is passionate about teaching and has a talent for explaining complex topics in a simple and relatable way.

Note: This is a part-time position. The ideal candidate will be someone with a AI & Prompt Engineer full-time job looking for a part-time gig that is fun with competitive pay.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and informative training sessions, workshops, and courses on AI and prompt engineering to students with varying levels of expertise.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create and update training materials, projects, and exercises to ensure they are up-to-date and effective.
• Provide guidance and support to students, helping them develop practical AI skills and assisting with real-world projects.
• Evaluate student progress through assessments, projects, and practical exercises to ensure they meet learning objectives.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and prompt engineering to ensure training content remains relevant.
• Collect feedback from students and use it to continually enhance training programs.

• Fine-tuning and Iterative Prompt Engineering
• Evaluation and Metrics in Prompt Engineering
• Bias Mitigation and Fairness in Prompt Engineering

Qulaifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).
• Strong background in AI, machine learning, natural language processing, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with popular AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Prior experience in AI instruction, curriculum development, or mentoring is a plus.
• A passion for teaching and a desire to help others excel in AI and prompt engineering.
