Join Pollie as an AI Prompt Engineer and onboarding specialist. In this unique role, you will bridge the gap between artificial intelligence and exceptional customer service. Your mission is to onboard clients and craft intelligent, customized prompts for our AI telephone assistants, allowing our customers to handle their customer contacts through Pollie.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI prompts, leveraging our platform to automate and personalize telephone interactions.
• Manage the onboarding process for new clients, understanding their needs to tailor AI solutions effectively.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of AI prompts, making data-driven adjustments to optimize customer interactions.
