Role Description

In this full-time on-site role, you will be instrumental in developing and optimizing Highly Advanced Multifunctional Prompts and AI-Agents. BlueCallom builds AI Agents based on highly sophisticated multi functional prompts, This is one result of our Neuro-AI-Fusion model. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance machine learning models, API-access models, Embedded Function Calls, and more. Eventually you will build some of the most advanced enterprise-grade Agentic-AI Solutions.

Responsibility

The role involves designing and optimizing human-interaction points, ensuring safety measures for autonomous processes, and contributing to the overall vision of Human Intelligence augmentation.

Qualifications

• AI System Development, AI Prompt Design, and some AI Agent Experience
• Deep knowledge of Generative AI models, LLMs, and GPT.
• Programming skills in Python, JavaScript, REACT, or related languages
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms and NLP
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Above average cognitive abilities such as curiosity, creativity, communication
• You MUST live in Central Europe (DACH) ideally in Zürich !!!
