AI/ML Architect - AI Prompt Engineer, NLP

AI/ML Expertise:

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML model development, natural language processing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of machine learning techniques for natural language understanding, prompt generation, and response generation.
• Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).

NLP Knowledge:

• In-depth knowledge of natural language processing techniques, including text classification, language modeling, and semantic analysis.
• Experience working with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering strategies.

Model Development and Tuning:

• Experience with training and fine-tuning language models using techniques like reinforcement learning, hyperparameter tuning, and cross-validation.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages for AI/ML development.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with data scientists, engineers, and product teams.
• Excellent communication skills to explain AI/ML concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with advanced AI technologies like GPT, BERT, or T5.
• Experience with chatbot frameworks or conversational AI platforms.
• Background in user experience (UX) research to optimize conversational flows.
