We are searching for an AI adoption & prompt engineer

This position is based at our friendly office in Warsaw, Poland, and you will join our newly establish AI hub. The AI hub is a centralized support unit in charge of anchoring AI exploration, legislation and user adoption. The AI engineer will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and effective use of AI tools within the organization. This could involve using your technical AI and developer experience in creating, curating, and optimizing prompts to enhance user engagement and productivity, as well as ensure user training and education. The AI engineer will also develop and implement metrics to measure the user adoption, implement surveys, dashboards and reporting functions for monitoring the use and possible effect.

Joining the AI hub will ensure a work day with other passionate employees within AI.

At BEC, we work in a hybrid remote model, coming into the office 3 days a week and working remotely for 2 days.

Primary task and responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute strategies to promote the adoption of AI tools across the organization – like prompt sharing communities
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users on best practices for using AI tools
• Provide ongoing support to users to enhance their experience and proficiency
• Establish metrics, surveys and dashboard about e.g. user adoption and prompt awareness and report on the progress
• Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and success stories
• Report findings to stakeholders and recommend actionable insights for continuous improvement
• Close collaboration with other Hub resources e.g. for data and compliance expert to support the development of AI in organizational software development units

To succeed you will have:

• Passion for AI and its potential to transform industries, preferably in the financial sector
• Technical understanding and experience working with AI models/methods, like LLM, NLP, ML
• Developer experience - so you are familiar with work of our employees
• Strong people skills, and understanding of different ways to obtain user adoption
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• A desire to learn new things, and teach this to others
• A can-do attitude and proactive approach to solving tasks
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
